Hello, I'm Anantha Krishnan, you can call me Nadamel. I'm a product designer and visual artist originally from Kerala, India, currently based in Cologne, Germany.
Right now I'm at CompuGroup Medical, working on the seventh generation of m.Doc, a Smart Health Platform used in more than 300 hospitals across Germany. I own UX end-to-end for a set of modules used by patients, clinicians, and administrators: the admin and settings consoles, the conversational AI, and the check-in kiosks and bedside terminals on the ward. The platform has won a German Design Award and a Red Dot Award.
I was raised by a designer, my dad, and went on to study design formally, starting with a practice in visual art and graphic design. That's still where much of my judgement comes from, and it shapes how I see structure, hierarchy, and detail in product work today. Since then I've worked across startups and large enterprises in healthcare, energy, enterprise IT, and AI-native products, in both B2B and B2C contexts. From 2023 to 2025 I led design on Xitester, an AI test-automation platform selected for the Alchemist Accelerator and shortlisted by the European Innovation Council, taking it from zero to one and building its design system from scratch.
Designing and building is one loop for me. These days, outside work, I spend most of my time tinkering with AI-assisted tooling and shipping my own products, including MindTape, an audio-first voice-journaling app I'm building with a co-founder. As a visual artist I've been featured by Forbes India and Outlook, and Adobe invited me to share my masking workflow with their product team to help improve the feature in Photoshop.
I'm open to product design, UX/UI, and visual design roles, including senior and lead positions, where complexity is the interesting part. I hold permanent residency in Germany, so no visa sponsorship is needed, and I'm open to relocation and remote work.

Building with AI
Designing and building is one loop for me. I prototype and ship real, usable product largely through AI-assisted tooling, from prompt engineering to design engineering. At CompuGroup Medical I've also built internal automations that speed up everyday workflows, like bug reporting and design-to-delivery.

MindTape
In betaMindTape is an audio-first voice-journaling app I'm building with my co-founder, on the side while we both work full-time in Germany. You record a spoken entry and the AI reframes it into literary prose in your own emotional register — not a summary. Everything is end-to-end encrypted and stored on-device, so even MindTape can't read it.
